To place your Rouba.G online order, please follow the steps below:

- On the selected product page, select the desired colour/size and add the item to your shopping bag
- Click on the shopping bag icon on the top right of the website
- Once on the shopping bag, select the desired quantity and proceed to checkout
- Enter your shipping and payment details
- Check that the information you entered is correct and click on "Place order"


You will be able to place your order with your Rouba.G account or as a guest. Please note that only by placing your order with an existing account, you will be able to use your saved shipping and payment information.

A few minutes after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the order details. You will also be notified with another email as soon as your order has shipped.

If you need assistance with placing your order, feel free to contact our Customer Care. We will be glad to assist you or place your order on your behalf.

All Rouba.G pieces are handcrafted and made-to-order. Estimated shipping times are listed on each product page.

Orders may ship separately if they include pieces with different production schedules.
Due to the artisanal process, delivery dates are estimates and may vary slightly.

Payment is collected at the time of purchase. By placing an order, you confirm your understanding that production and delivery require additional time.

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $500.
For orders below this amount, standard shipping rates will apply at checkout.

All in-stock items are processed promptly, with delivery typically taking 2–4 working days.
Please note that made-to-order pieces may require additional production time before shipping.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
